Monitoring
It appears as if a failing Redis eviction policy was causing many outages. We believe we have now resolved the issue however will continue to closely monitor.

We believe we have identified an issue with Cassandra causing a variety of issues around the site - we're working hard on a fix and will update when we have more information.
